1. Overview
This policy explains what personal data Latoos collects when you plan a trip with us, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@balilatoos.com.
2. What we collect
Contact details (name, phone, email); the content of your messages to us, including voice notes; trip details you share (destinations, dates, travellers, preferences and sensitivities); and, when you book, the passenger and payment details needed to complete the booking. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
Only to plan and book your trip, communicate with you about it, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
4. Sharing
We share the details necessary to complete a booking with the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, bedbanks) and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, messaging, payment processing). They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention & security
We keep your data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored securely and access is limited.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, subject to applicable law (including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law). Email hello@balilatoos.com and we'll act promptly.
7. WhatsApp
When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your trip.
